HYROX is a global fitness race event open to everyone. The format is always the same: 8 x 1 km running, each alternated with a functional workout station.
Events take place indoors in large venues around the world. Participants are ranked in a global classification system, allowing you to measure yourself against athletes worldwide.

1000m on the SkiErg — upper body strength and endurance.
50m sled push — explosive leg power and perseverance.
50m sled pull — back and arm strength under fatigue.
80m burpee broad jumps — total body effort and coordination.
1000m rowing — cardiovascular endurance and leg power.
200m farmers carry — grip strength and core stability.
100m sandbag lunges — leg strength and balance with added resistance.
100 wall balls — total body strength and endurance.
Our progressive training programme prepares you step by step for HYROX competitions. Whether it's your first time or you want to improve your PR — our coaches will get you there.
Sessions combine running with functional exercises that directly correspond to the 8 HYROX stations. Guided by coaches with their own competition experience, including HYROX Pro Rotterdam.
